Dog needs 2 surgeries, 12-15 grand total.?

First an emergency vet is going to be much more expensive than the average vet office estimate. Still pricey but you could try contacting any vet schools remotely close by including UGA. If you don't have the funds or ability to pay, the kindest option if dog doesn't improve is to put down. The majority of pet owners could not afford to spend that amount of money. I don't believe my dogs would want me to suffer major financial hardship to simply keep them alive. Any assistance from charities right now is extremely limited. Good luck for your dog!
