We don't know if our Yorkie swallowed a bone?

She's a little mopey & stretches like she has an upset stomach, but she seemed to perk up when I asked her if she wanted to go for a ride with me. Should I just keep an eye on her? Her nose is a little warm & dry. We did just have a flood here in Barre, Vermont, could she have caught something from that? She did walk up our 2 flights of stairs to our apartment & will let us rub her tummy. I'm not a vet, but it just seems to me that if she did swallow a bone fragment that when we rubbed her tummy that she would yelp or wine, am I wrong?
