My 7 year old dog Spencer is shaking! :(?

My bichon frise has been ping in the house in one room lately and has never done this. He is also shaking only in the front part of his body and yelping here and there. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! WHAT'S WRONG WITH HIM?!
