How come my puppy doesn't listen/respond to me?

All puppies are like that. It just takes them time to reilize whos boss. What i did when i got my puppy (and she bit a lot) was hold her mouth shut when she tried to bite me. Not to tight though, that would hurt them. Just hold if for a few secods and then let go and be like "good dog!". Hope this helps
