My dog drank some alcohol, what should I do?

I have a 6 month old pomeranian chihuahua, he got into my cup of rum and coke. It was a red solo cup with about a shot and some coke. He drank probly a 1/4 of the cup. He cant really walk and wont stop crying and yelping. What should I do?
