My nose stud doesnt seem to be healing right?

That doesn't sound normal. I would say from experience that you might be having a reaction to the metal in your piercing. If it isn't surgical grade stainless steel that would be your problem. If it is that grade or equivalent you have a problem with it healing from the outside in and that's usually caused by applying an antibiotic ointment like neopsporin. It's better to have it looked at by a professional piercer anybody that's experienced will be able to tell at a glance.
