My dog gets cramps when she is very excited or when she is getting up from laying down?

these cramps or charlie horses are describe as: her hind leg on her right side will curl in and her head will pull towards the hind leg on that side and she will continue going even if she is only on 3 legs. of course she is yelping too. If she is sitting her leg will start jumping too, she will wine and cam be triggered just by her scratching her ear. It can be trigger too if you are scrubbing her neck or hind quarters. I thought maybe she didn't have enough calcuim so I fed her tums. We saw a little improvement and eventually I stopped. Now it is happening lots through the day and well she wines more than ever. She didn't wine when I was feeding her the calcuim. Now I am looking for help or answers. She is a golden lab, both parents were blacks.
