Is my dog having a seizure?

My dog has been having spurts where she yelps and gets really weak. Right now the episodes have only been about 10 to 30 seconds and randomly throughout the day. A few times she yelps and it almost seems as if her front left leg is limp and she can't move it. She has been clicking her jaw for the past few months but we believe that it is from her having bad teeth. Any information would be nice.
