Wal-Mart Discount Card after quitting?

So I quit walmart due to the total bull crap of how the company is ran.. They didn't ask for my discount card back. And to my surprise it still works. Anyone else keep yours after quitting? And how did that work out for you? Do they ever disable it? Just wondering thanks.
