Dog help please dog is sick i need help about to cry over this?

hi i have a chuewaa how ever u spell it we been giving her anitibodics but she sliped and fall in hallway on wooden floor and paces around alot and pee's only pooped once since sick and yelps as if someone step on his foot this happens when hes picked up whats it mean and i cant afford to go to vet and he doesnt always yelp and i dk
