Weimaraner Puppy Having Crate Issues?

Shes just 7 weeks old and already house trained. When shes in her crate she yelps like someone is hurting her! She literally hates her crate, but has to learn to get over it. I've had many dogs in my life but I've never had a Weimaraner. She sleeps practically all day. Is this normal for her breed as a puppy? Anyway what im asking is is there any crate tricks for her to at least deal with her cage?
