Will Earth quake and volcanic activity increase and lead to the Ice Age after 2012?

The predicted solar storm increase to the Maximum in 2012 melting ice caps and glaciers. The tectonic plates are moving fast because of the Weight of the melting glaciers on the ocean floors. I believe that some subduction zones are sliding with out any obstructions to stop some of the tectonic plates from moving. The Earth's North hemisphere has always had a wobble or you can say it oscillates. Will the Oscillation create a new chain of volcanic island? The first few years will be the worst and no one knows what will happen. The economy will not work to the Worlds Advantage. The governments of the World should add money that is not borrowed after the trade of derivative trading slows so people can be more adaptive to the disasters and work the the maximum or their ability. The governments don't economically improve the the world economy now by adding money. They should have the mental ability to put the unemployed people to work or give them an eduction fairly in every country. The rate of growth of the population by percentage is slower cause economic problems because the the amount of money being borrowed by percentage is less. There are many types of internal economy in the different countries and many levels of education in the different countries of the World.
